The pack is built from Samsung 18650 lithium-ion cells — a proven, high-quality cell used across the industry for consistent capacity, reliable output and long cycle life. Quality cells are the single biggest factor in how safe an eBike battery is and how well it holds its range over time. It's the difference between a pack you can trust for years and a cheap one that fades fast.
A battery management system (BMS) monitors and protects the pack, balancing the cells and guarding against overcharge, over-discharge, short circuits and heat. A Grade-A BMS does that job properly, which keeps the battery safe and extends its usable life. It works alongside the charger's protection for safe everyday charging.
500Wh gives roughly 105km on eco assist, dropping to around 60km in boost, on a single charge. Running a second one effectively doubles that: carry a charged spare for big days and swap it in when the first is low, or rotate two batteries so one is always charged. Real-world range still varies with assist level, terrain, load and conditions.

Pick the model you own so the battery matches your bike’s mount and system. It isn’t intended for other eBikes or battery systems. If you’re unsure which model you have, check with us before ordering.

Charge the new battery fully before its first use.
If you're swapping, turn the bike off and remove the current battery first.
Seat the new battery into the bike's mount until it locks into place, and lock it with the key if your bike has a battery lock.
Check the battery is secure, then power on and ride.
