How far can I go on a charge?
This depends on your weight, how you ride and assist level but can range anywhere from around 50-100km.
Just how low maintenance is this bike?
We've done everything we can to make it maintenance free but that being said, tires and brake pads will still wear out but compared to any other bike, the requirements are significantly lower.
I do/don't want the front rack. What do I do?
The front rack is an optional extra, please add it to the cart if you'd like it included.
I don't like the mudguards
These come standard with every bike but can easily be removed with common tools.
How bright are the integrated lights?
We've designed them to be bright enough to light the path, not only alert other traffic. The rear flashes to gain more attention.
I would like a spare battery/charger.
These are available in the webstore, and can be purchased with or separately to the bike.
