Give the perk they'll love. We deliver, service, and run the program. Your team replaces the worst part of their day — you get a benefit with measurable health, retention, and ESG impact.
The commute already happens. The bike makes it active. Unlike gym subsidies or wellness apps, you can see the program in the bike rack every morning.
CBD parking runs $6,500–$11,700 per employee per year. A fleet of ten bikes costs a fraction of that, eliminates the parking subsidy for riders, and produces zero emissions.
A free bike is a more compelling daily incentive than a parking spot. Employees who ride in have a reason to come in — the commute is good, not bad.
Real kilometres ridden, real car trips replaced, real CO₂ avoided. Visible, employee-facing data you can report — not a carbon offset on a spreadsheet.
The average Melbourne commuter spends over $6,500 a year just to park. Add fuel or Myki on top. The E-bike removes all three expenses and trades the most stressful part of the day for the best part.
Cycling is 2–3x faster than driving in inner Melbourne, once parking is factored in. The commute becomes predictable.
The commute already happens. The bike makes it count — measurable benefit from as little as 5 km a day.
Try it for as long as you want. If it works, you can buy it at the end of any year for less than retail — $2,500 at year one, dropping $500 a year after.
Tell us your team size, office location, and what subsidy structure works for you. We'll come back with a proposal, contract, and launch plan.

BikeClub hires out the same EV5s across Melbourne, one bike at a time. Book online and it comes to where you're staying, with a helmet, lock and phone mount. Every day of hire is a full 24 hours rather than a 9-to-5 window, and when you're done you lock it back up in the same convenient location you collected it from.
BikeClub handles the booking, the delivery and the support. Auren supplies and looks after the fleet.
