One frame, one person who built it, one number to call. The Auren titanium is designed to be the last bike you buy, so we back it that way. The frame and our own components carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails that shouldn't have, we make it right.
The titanium doesn't rust, doesn't fatigue the way alloy does, and doesn't crack like carbon. A well-built titanium frame is meant to last thirty years. The warranty exists to make sure ours does.
Manufacturing defects, for the life of the frame and Auren components. If it broke and it shouldn't have, it's on us.
The titanium frameset is covered for life against structural failure, weld defects, and material faults. Titanium doesn't corrode, doesn't age the way other metals do, and a properly built titanium frame is expected to outlast everything else on the bike. If a defect prevents that, we cover it — no expiry, no questions.
Stems, handlebars, and seatposts made by Auren carry the same lifetime coverage as the frame. These parts are designed and spec'd alongside the frameset. We back them the same way.
Every other part on your build — drivetrain, wheelset, brakes, finishing kit — is covered by its manufacturer's warranty. This is typically 1 to 2 years depending on the brand and component type.
Brands used in Auren titanium builds include Shimano, SRAM, DT Swiss, Enve, and others selected with you at the build stage. We'll help you work through any claim with these manufacturers. You won't be doing it alone.
When you make a claim, we: repair or replace the defective part at no cost · cover parts and labour for frame and Auren component claims · coordinate with manufacturers on component claims where we can · arrange courier pickup and return if bringing the bike in isn't practical.
Damage from outside the bike's designed use, and normal wear items.
Crashes, drops, impact damage, and damage from riding conditions or loads beyond the frame's designed use. Titanium is tough, but it isn't indestructible.
These parts degrade predictably with use. That's not a defect.
Warranty is void for any component affected by repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Auren or an Auren-approved service partner. If you want to make changes, ask us first. We'll tell you what's safe and what's not.
Parts swapped in after delivery that weren't part of the original build spec aren't covered under Auren's warranty. The component manufacturer's own warranty still applies.
Had a crash or something's gone wrong through misuse? Reach out anyway. We'll look at it and see what we can do. It won't always result in a warranty fix, but we'd rather have the conversation than leave you without options.
Email us. We'll tell you what happens next. No ticket queues, no policy mazes.
Email info@aurenbikes.com.au. Tell us what's wrong. A photo or short video helps if the issue is visible.
We'll usually know straight away whether it's a warranty issue. If we need to see the frame in person, we'll arrange that.
Simple fix: We'll send the part and walk you through it, or direct you to a trusted local shop. Complex fix: We arrange pickup, repair, and return — covered by warranty. Replacement needed: In rare cases, we'll replace the frame or component outright.
What we need from you: proof of purchase (your order confirmation is fine), a clear description of the issue, and photos or video if the problem is visible. No forms. No ticket numbers. No chasing.
Legal requirements, kept short.
Lifetime coverage applies for as long as the original purchaser owns the frame. The warranty covers manufacturing defects — not damage from use, crashes, or modification. It doesn't expire.
The frame warranty does not transfer on resale. If you sell the bike, the new owner is covered by whatever remains of the component manufacturers' warranties and by Australian Consumer Law — but not by Auren's lifetime frame warranty. If you're buying a used Auren, reach out to us. We'll tell you honestly what we can and can't support.
This warranty covers the bike. It doesn't cover consequential costs like lost time, alternative transport, or injuries. Australian Consumer Law still applies — this warranty doesn't replace your statutory rights.
Auren is an Australian business. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in full. Where anything in this warranty conflicts with the ACL, the ACL takes precedence.
