Have a question before you buy?
An open, flat top carries wide or awkwardly-shaped loads that don't sit well strapped to a basket or pannier — a pizza box, a delivery bag, a crate — without needing to squeeze them into a fixed shape.
Bolts to the front of the fork crown and to mounts on the lower fork legs, which carries the load low and close to the wheel rather than the top-heavy sway of a rack mounted higher up.
The rack is rated to carry up to 10kg — enough for a solid grocery run, a delivery bag, or a stacked crate. Keep loads within that limit and secure them well, since it's an open platform rather than an enclosed basket.
Designed for the Auren EV5 and EV4 — this is the same front rack sold as the EV5 Front Rack, listed here under its “Pizza Rack” name. It also fits any fork with the right mounting points.
Fork crown → must have a front-of-crown bolt mount
Fork legs → must have bolt mounts 330–350mm below the crown bolt
If your fork is missing either mount, the rack can’t be fitted. If you’re fitting it to something other than an EV5 or EV4, measure your fork mounts before ordering, or get in touch and we’ll confirm.
Tools needed: Hex/Allen keys to suit the rack bolts, a torque wrench.
Offer the rack up to the fork and line the upper mount up with the fork-crown bolt and the lower arms up with the fork-leg mounts.
Start all bolts by hand to avoid cross-threading.
Level the rack, then tighten all bolts evenly to the fork and rack torque specs — don't over-tighten into the fork.
Check the rack is solid and sits clear of the tyre, brake and any mudguard or light before loading it.
Load-test with a light load first and recheck bolts before carrying anything heavier.
Auren designs and builds in Melbourne. One workshop, one builder, frames made by the person you can actually reach.
Every Auren titanium bike comes out of a simple idea. Founder and engineer Will Young wanted to build custom titanium the way it should be done: a frame shaped around the rider, not picked from a range. Your geometry, your parts, your bike, designed with you from the first conversation to the final build.
Building direct means there's no dealer between you and us. When you're planning a build, talking through your fit, or need something sorted years down the track, you talk to Will, the person who made the bike. Every Auren titanium is built to last decades and backed by real support that doesn't disappear after delivery.
That's reflected in our reviews: five stars across Google and Trustpilot.
