Titanium doesn't rust and resists the corrosion and fatigue that eventually end alloy and steel racks, so it holds up through wet, salty and hard-loaded use. For a rack you'll load with panniers and take on long, remote trips, that durability is the whole point.
Rather than one fixed size that works for a range of common setups, this rack is dimensioned to your specific frame's mounting points, wheel size, and tyre clearance — the right call if your bike doesn't match a standard rack's assumptions, or you want a guaranteed exact fit rather than a compromise.
Pannier, cargo cage, and bottle mount placement is fully customisable to your actual load-out, and dynamo light mounts with cable tabs can be added if you're running a light. Tell us your plan and we'll place mounts to suit.
This is a made-to-order rack — send us your frame’s mounting points, wheel size, and tyre clearance (or reach out to Will if you’re not sure what to measure) and we’ll confirm the build before it starts.
Tools needed: hex/Allen keys to suit the rack bolts, a torque wrench.
Confirm fit. We dimension the rack to your frame's mounting points, wheel size, and tyre clearance before it's built, so there's no guesswork at install.
Attach at the lower mounts first, then connect the upper stays, leaving everything hand-tight.
Level the rack, set the height, and tighten all bolts evenly to spec; don't over-tighten into the frame.
Fit a rear light and route any dynamo wire if you've specified those mounts.
Check clearance to the tyre and brake, confirm the rack is solid, then load it.
