Have a question before you buy?
Titanium doesn't rust and resists the corrosion and fatigue that eventually end alloy and steel racks, so it holds up through wet, salty and hard-loaded use. For a rack you'll load with panniers and take on long, remote trips, that durability is the whole point. It's a buy-once rack that outlasts the bikes it's bolted to.
It suits all three common disc-brake wheel sizes and clears tyres up to 2.6in easily, so it fits loaded gravel bikes, tourers and drop-bar or rigid 29ers alike. That range means one rack covers a lot of different builds. Check the fit diagram against your frame and tyre before ordering.
Triple mounts on each side carry panniers, cargo cages and bottles where your setup needs them. Off the back, 50mm-spaced mounts take a rear light, and external cable tabs route a dynamo wire neatly. It's set up for carrying kit and running a dynamo light on long days.
Three things decide fit: your brake type, your wheel/tyre size, and your frame’s rack mounting points.
Check the fit diagram in the gallery against your frame’s mounting points and tyre clearance before ordering — it shows the rack’s dimensions and where it needs to attach. If your frame’s mounts or clearance don’t match, or you’re unsure, get in touch before ordering.
Tools needed: hex/Allen keys to suit the rack bolts, a torque wrench, and the rack's mounting bolts.
Check your frame has the mounting points shown in the fit diagram — the upper seatstay mounts and the lower dropout or eyelet mounts.
Loosely attach the rack at the lower mounts first, then connect the upper stays, leaving everything hand-tight.
Level the rack, set the height, and tighten all bolts evenly to spec; don't over-tighten into the frame.
Fit a rear light to the 50mm mounts off the back if you're running one, and route any dynamo wire through the external cable tabs.
Check clearance to the tyre and brake, confirm the rack is solid, then load it.
Auren designs and builds in Melbourne. One workshop, one builder, frames made by the person you can actually reach.
Every Auren titanium bike comes out of a simple idea. Founder and engineer Will Young wanted to build custom titanium the way it should be done: a frame shaped around the rider, not picked from a range. Your geometry, your parts, your bike, designed with you from the first conversation to the final build.
Building direct means there's no dealer between you and us. When you're planning a build, talking through your fit, or need something sorted years down the track, you talk to Will, the person who made the bike. Every Auren titanium is built to last decades and backed by real support that doesn't disappear after delivery.
That's reflected in our reviews: five stars across Google and Trustpilot.
