Most eBikes are sold as a fixed motor-and-frame bundle. Auren builds the frame around whichever motor system suits you — Bosch, Shimano, Keyde, or another system you have in mind — so you get the riding position and titanium build quality you want without being stuck with someone else's frame design.
If you already know which motor system you want, tell us and we'll confirm fit and battery integration for your frame. If you're not sure yet, tell us how you want to ride and we'll recommend a system to suit, then quote the full build.
It secures your place in the build queue and covers your design consultation. Every dimension and part choice — eBike system, frame discipline, geometry, tyre clearance, brakes, finish — is confirmed with Will before the frame is built.
This deposit works with any eBike motor system and frame discipline — tell us what you’re after during your consultation and we’ll confirm the full spec and quote before the build starts.
Tools needed: None — this is the start of a consultation process, not a bolt-on part.
Consultation. We talk through your riding, the eBike system you want (or help you choose one), and your frame discipline.
Geometry. Confirmed via a professional bike fit, mirrored measurements from your current bike, or a standard profile matched to your height and riding style.
Full spec confirmation. Motor/battery integration, tyre clearance, bottom bracket, headset, dropouts, brakes, seatpost, cable routing, mounts, and finish are all locked in, and a custom quote is confirmed.
Balance payment. The remaining balance is confirmed and paid once your full spec is set, before the frame goes into the build queue.
Build. Your frame is welded and finished in Melbourne to the confirmed geometry, spec, and motor system.
Delivery or pickup. Collect from the Melbourne workshop or have it shipped.

Every Auren titanium bike comes out of a simple idea. Building direct means there's no dealer between you and us. When you're planning a build, talking through your fit, or need something sorted years down the track, you talk to Will, the person who made the bike.
