Geometry, built around you

Every Auren frame is designed to your body, not a size run. A professional dynamic bike fit gives the most precise result; mirroring your current bike's geometry is the fastest path if it already fits well; a standard profile matched to your height and riding style works if you don't have a fit and want to move quickly. If you're unsure which suits you, reach out to Will and he'll talk it through.

Road tyre clearance

700×32c is built specifically for asphalt — fast, tight, low rolling resistance. If the majority of your riding is tarmac, this is the spec; if you want more room for the occasional rough stretch, the All-Road or Gravel frameset gives more clearance.

T47 bottom bracket

A threaded shell at a larger diameter than BSA — the reliability of threading with the stiffness of a wider BB. No press-fit creak risk, easier to service, and better internal cable routing. Our recommendation for almost every build; BSA remains available if you want to carry across existing hardware.

Flat-mount disc brakes

The clean modern standard for road — lighter, lower-profile, and takes a 160mm rear rotor without adapters. If you want none of the disc-brake world, rim brake geometry with no disc tabs and clean lines is available on request.

This is a made-to-order frame — if your build needs something outside this table (wider clearance, a different axle standard, or rim brake), tell us or reach out to Will and we’ll confirm before the build starts.

Tools needed: None for you — this is a frame, not a bolt-on part, so "installation" is really the build process.

1

Geometry confirmation. We lock in your geometry via dynamic bike fit, mirrored measurements from your current bike, or a standard profile matched to your height and riding style.

2

Spec confirmation. Tyre clearance, bottom bracket, headset, cable routing, dropout standard, brake mount, seatpost diameter, and mounts are all confirmed against your intended build and components.

3

Build. Your frame is welded by our titanium frame partner to the confirmed geometry and spec.

4

Finish. Raw brushed titanium by default, or your chosen logo, custom graphics, paint, or anodising applied.

5

Delivery or pickup. Collect from the Melbourne workshop or have it shipped, ready to build up with your chosen groupset and wheels.

Auren designs and builds in Melbourne. One workshop, one builder, frames made by the person you can actually reach.

Every Auren titanium bike comes out of a simple idea. Founder and engineer Will Young wanted to build custom titanium the way it should be done: a frame shaped around the rider, not picked from a range. Your geometry, your parts, your bike, designed with you from the first conversation to the final build.

Building direct means there's no dealer between you and us. When you're planning a build, talking through your fit, or need something sorted years down the track, you talk to Will, the person who made the bike. Every Auren titanium is built to last decades and backed by real support that doesn't disappear after delivery.

That's reflected in our reviews: five stars across Google and Trustpilot.
