Geometry, built around you

Every Auren frame is designed to your body, not a size run. A professional dynamic bike fit gives the most precise result; mirroring your current bike's geometry is the fastest path if it already fits well; a standard profile matched to your height and riding style works if you don't have a fit and want to move quickly.

Maximum off-road clearance

29×2.4+ or 27.5×2.4+ tyre clearance is built for proper off-road use — mountain bike parks and technical singletrack, not a generalised compromise sized around road or gravel duty.

31.6mm seatpost, dropper-ready

This is the diameter most dropper seatposts are built around, so if a dropper is part of your build, this is where we start. Boost 15×110–12×148 dropouts are the standard for mountain bike builds, with non-boost and extra-wide options available depending on your wheel spec.

This is a made-to-order frame — if your build needs something outside this table, tell us or reach out to Will and we’ll confirm before the build starts.

Tools needed: None for you — this is a frame, not a bolt-on part, so "installation" is really the build process.

1

Geometry confirmation. We lock in your geometry via dynamic bike fit, mirrored measurements from your current bike, or a standard profile matched to your height and riding style.

2

Spec confirmation. Tyre clearance, bottom bracket, headset, cable routing, dropout standard, brake mount, seatpost diameter, and mounts are all confirmed against your intended build and components.

3

Build. Your frame is welded by our titanium frame partner to the confirmed geometry and spec.

4

Finish. Raw brushed titanium by default, or your chosen logo, custom graphics, paint, or anodising applied.

5

Delivery or pickup. Collect from the Melbourne workshop or have it shipped, ready to build up with your chosen groupset, suspension fork, and wheels.

Auren designs and builds in Melbourne. One workshop, one builder, frames made by the person you can actually reach.

Every Auren titanium bike comes out of a simple idea. Founder and engineer Will Young wanted to build custom titanium the way it should be done: a frame shaped around the rider, not picked from a range. Your geometry, your parts, your bike, designed with you from the first conversation to the final build.

Building direct means there's no dealer between you and us. When you're planning a build, talking through your fit, or need something sorted years down the track, you talk to Will, the person who made the bike. Every Auren titanium is built to last decades and backed by real support that doesn't disappear after delivery.

That's reflected in our reviews: five stars across Google and Trustpilot.
